30-Day No Quibble Returns
If you’re unhappy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day, no-quibble return policy. You can return any item purchased from us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, no questions asked.
We want to make your return process as hassle-free as possible. Therefore, we will arrange for the item collection at no additional charge to you. Simply contact our customer service team, and they will guide you through the process.
How to Return an Item
- Contact our customer service team via email or phone within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return.
- Our team will arrange a suitable date and time to collect the item.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging. If the original packaging is not available, please use a suitable alternative.
- Once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account.
Please note that custom-made or personalised items are not eligible for return unless they are defective. This does not affect your statutory rights.
